This policy explains how we ship orders placed on this site.
We ship to all 50 U.S. states and to Canada. We do not currently ship to other international destinations.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days before shipping.
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the United States, and 5–10 business days for Canadian orders, after processing. Delivery times may vary by destination and are estimates, not guarantees.
Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees charged by the carrier or Canadian customs upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost shown at checkout.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also check status on our Track Your Order page.
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us through our contact form within 7 days of delivery.
